A clear process

From project brief to onsite handover

A clear brief and agreed responsibilities make a site visit easier to plan. Here is how we approach installation projects.

  1. 01

    Share the work

Tell us the equipment, locations, intended dates and whether this is a single visit or part of a larger rollout.

  2. 02

    Confirm the scope

Review the task list, access, prerequisites, remote support, testing and handover. Commercial terms and the booking are confirmed before work starts.

  3. 03

    Prepare for the visit

Confirm the site contact, equipment and parts, induction requirements and escalation route. Specialist requirements are checked against the scope.

  4. 04

    Deliver & report

Complete agreed tasks, raise blockers and follow the approval process for changes. Record work completed, checks performed and outstanding actions.

  5. 05

    Plan the next batch

If more sites are coming, review the first visit and agree the next scope and dates.
