When you contact us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, suburb, preferred time, service type and details about the technology help you need. If you mention NDIS, disability, health, family or support needs in a message, we treat that information carefully and use it only to respond to the enquiry or provide the requested service.
How we collect it
Information may be collected through the website contact form, email, phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp or notes created during a service visit. The website form uses Resend to deliver the enquiry email and, if you provide an email address, an automatic confirmation.
How we use it
- To reply to enquiries and arrange bookings.
- To understand the technology issue before a visit.
- To provide service notes, invoices or follow-up information where appropriate.
- To maintain basic business records and improve service quality.
Marketing messages
We do not use website enquiries to send unrelated marketing without consent. If marketing messages are sent in future, they must identify Complete Tech Care, include contact details and provide a simple way to unsubscribe.
Sharing and storage
We do not sell personal information. Information may be handled by service providers used to operate the website, email delivery, hosting, communications, accounting or business records. Reasonable steps are taken to keep information secure and limit access to what is needed for the service.
Access, correction and deletion

NDIS-related information
Complete Tech Care is not currently a registered NDIS provider. We may assist private, self-managed, and plan-managed clients where the support is appropriate and aligned with the participant’s plan. Please confirm funding suitability with your plan manager, support coordinator, or the participant’s plan before booking.
