These terms explain how Complete Tech Care handles bookings, pricing, service limits and NDIS-related wording.

Clear expectations for onsite tech support
These terms are practical booking terms, not legal, medical, financial or NDIS funding advice.
Business details
Complete Tech Care, ABN 64 886 470 398, provides onsite technology support across Melbourne Metro and regional Victoria. Contact: completetechcare@gmail.com or 0432 405 388.
Bookings and availability
Bookings are confirmed only after the service type, location, timing and likely scope are discussed. Same-day or urgent visits may be available, but are not guaranteed.
Pricing
Pricing shown on the website is a guide unless a fixed quote is agreed in writing. Current public rates include:
- Standard home tech support: $120 first hour
- Additional time: $80/hour
- 2-hour tech independence visit: $180
- 3-hour full setup/training: $249
- Small business onsite IT: $130/hour
- POS/retail field support: $150/hour
- Urgent/weekend support: From $150 first hour
Service limits
Complete Tech Care will take reasonable care when working with devices, accounts and networks, but cannot guarantee that every issue can be fixed in one visit. Some issues may require replacement hardware, internet-provider support, vendor support, warranty service, specialist data recovery or a managed IT provider.
Data and account access
Customers are responsible for backing up important data and ensuring they have permission to access devices, accounts and premises. Passwords, MFA codes and account approvals should stay under the customer’s control wherever possible.
NDIS wording
Complete Tech Care is not currently a registered NDIS provider. We may assist private, self-managed, and plan-managed clients where the support is appropriate and aligned with the participant’s plan. Please confirm funding suitability with your plan manager, support coordinator, or the participant’s plan before booking.
Complete Tech Care does not provide NDIS funding advice and does not guarantee that a service will be funded or reimbursed.
No unsupported claims
The website does not claim to be the number one provider, guarantee Google rankings, guarantee funding outcomes or use fake testimonials. Service claims should be based on current business capability and public details.
Cancellations and changes
If you need to cancel or change a booking, contact Complete Tech Care as early as possible. Travel-heavy or urgent jobs may have different terms if agreed before dispatch.
