Agreement before delivery

Submitting an enquiry does not confirm availability, a booking or a quotation. Scope, capability, dates, resources, travel, pricing, GST, payment and cancellation terms must be agreed in writing before work is accepted.

Authorised work

Clients must authorise site and device access and identify the responsible technical contact. PC setup, practical network setup and configuration follow approved procedures within demonstrated skills. Advanced engineering and regulated cabling, electrical or security work are not promised by this website.

Changes and handover

Escalation, change approval, test evidence and completion records are agreed for each assignment. No response-time or resolution guarantee is offered here. Nothing on this page excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
