These examples describe Abdisalan’s experience across employment and contracted roles. They are not a list of direct Complete Tech Care customers.
Retail technology
Field work involving hardware, software, connectivity and parts replacement for POS and self-checkout equipment. Relevant to planned device changes, retail installations and working through a defined fault or test process.
Healthcare environments
Work involving workstations, computers on wheels, printers and asset location in hospital environments. Relevant to deployments requiring clear site access, device records and coordination with the responsible IT team.
Connected equipment
Staging and installation work involving sensors, hubs and repeaters. Relevant to following a placement plan, identifying devices and supporting commissioning with the technical team.
Communication hardware
Experience with device changes, connection checks, testing and liaison with remote engineers. A project’s final state, including any authorised rollback, must be recorded clearly.
Every new assignment is assessed against the equipment, current skills, site requirements and agreed responsibilities. Previous hardware work does not imply unrestricted specialist capability or approval for every system.
