Potential tasks, subject to scope

  • Stage equipment and complete approved device or component changes
  • Connect peripherals and record labelled assets
  • Run agreed connectivity and functional checks; escalate faults or missing parts

What we need

Device and part list, installation instructions, authorised access, technical contact, test and rollback criteria, and an owner for software, payments configuration and production approval.

Scope boundaries

Payment-system configuration, vendor approvals and specialist works remain with the nominated authorised party unless expressly included and confirmed as suitable.

02

Workstations & printers

Onsite support for workstation, printer and peripheral deployments in offices, retail and healthcare environments. Useful for device refreshes, desk moves and planned equipment installations.

Discuss a Deployment ↗

Potential tasks, subject to scope

  • Unpack and place approved devices; connect existing power and permitted network connections
  • Connect peripherals and label or record assets
  • Complete the supplied checklist, run agreed tests and record unresolved issues

What we need

Site and device list, deployment runbook, access arrangements, approved configuration or remote engineer, asset-record format, and return instructions where included.

Scope boundaries

Imaging, tenant administration, data migration, clinical applications and disposal are included only when explicitly scoped and accepted. Site-specific privacy and safety instructions apply.

03

Potential tasks, subject to scope

  • Identify and stage devices; record serial numbers
  • Place or mount equipment using approved methods
  • Assist with commissioning checks under the responsible technical team and document exceptions

What we need

Approved placement plan, mounting and access requirements, materials, commissioning checklist, platform contact, and any required licences, training or specialist access assessment.

Scope boundaries

Platform design, specialist electrical or cabling work, and performance guarantees are not assumed within a physical installation brief.

04

Phone & paging hardware

Onsite phone and paging hardware changes with a clear test and escalation process. We coordinate physical work with the engineer responsible for configuration and service approval.

Potential tasks, subject to scope

  • Inspect existing connections and replace approved devices
  • Reconnect within the agreed scope and support remote checks
  • Test against supplied criteria; record the completed state or an authorised rollback

What we need

Approved device plan, configuration owner, maintenance window, test method, rollback plan, and a site contact authorised to approve service changes.

Scope boundaries

Hardware familiarity is not a promise that every model or existing system is compatible. The scope identifies who approves configuration, changes and the final service state.

05

Onsite hands

A practical onsite contact for the physical tasks your remote engineer cannot complete. Suitable for planned visits with a defined task list and an available escalation contact.

Potential tasks, subject to scope

  • Inspect and identify equipment; connect or replace approved hardware
  • Read indicators and labels and provide authorised photos
  • Assist with remote-led tests; record outcomes and blockers

What we need

Runbook or task list, clear change authority, access details, a reachable remote engineer, evidence requirements and a sign-off contact.

Scope boundaries

Production changes require the nominated approval process. Scope and availability are confirmed before booking; around-the-clock coverage is not promised.
